LIST OF DOCUMENTS for admission to clinical residency (residency) at the Tashkent State Dental Institute for the 2023-2024 academic year

| 3. 086 – U-form medical certificate; | Scan both sides of the reference in color and send it as a single PDF file. |

| 5. A document granting privileges for admission to studies in accordance with legislative documents. | Scan the document in color and send it as a single PDF file. |

All documents should be collected in a single ZIP folder and sent to the email address klordtsdi2023@mail.ru.
Acceptance of documents will continue until August 25, 23:59 Tashkent time
If the documents are submitted correctly, a "Confirmation letter" will be sent to your e-mail.
A personal number (ID) will be sent to you in the "Confirmation Letter". Also, the date, time and place of the entrance exams are indicated.
